A really hard to find purple formal from Australia introduced here in 1959 that I am excited to offer. Great color and form.
**NOTE** - In 2019, ONE plant of this variety was sent to be tested for six different viruses. This one plant tested positive for one of the six viruses - Tobacco Streak Virus. The tubers from that plant were destroyed. I am offering tubers from plants that were not tested. It may be likely that these plants are also infected with Tobacco Streak virus, but it this is unknown.
